Plant-Based Cooking Class at Project Vegan 716
Project Vegan 716 is hosting a Plant-Based Cooking Class on Thursday, August 7th from 6:00 – 7:15 pm in Tonawanda. This hands-on workshop will guide attendees through a new plant-based recipe each week, using ingredients like tofu, tempeh, beans, grains, and herbs.
All recipes are egg- and dairy-free, and students will receive a printed recipe and get to sample the finished dish. In addition to cooking, the class will include tips on nutrition, substitutions, and healthy eating.
Pre-registration is required, and the class is offered in partnership with Ken-Ton Community Education.
