Town of Niagara Hosts Free Kids and Senior Fishing Derby
Niagara Recreation and the Town of Niagara Senior Department will host their annual Kids and Senior Fishing Derby on Saturday, July 26th from 8:00 – 11:00 am, with check-in beginning at 7:30 am. Sponsored by Mackenzie Automotive, this free event offers a morning of fishing, food trucks, and fun for all ages.
Children 12 and under and seniors 55 and older are eligible to participate. Everyone must bring their own fishing equipment, but worms will be provided. Prizes and awards will be handed out at 11:15 am.
The derby is a family-friendly tradition designed to connect generations and celebrate outdoor recreation in Niagara County. To register, call the Rec and Senior Office at 716-297-5243.
