WNY Thrive Terms and Conditions
By creating an account or submitting content to WNY Thrive, including business listings, reviews, news, events, or promotions, you agree to follow our community guidelines, terms of service, and privacy policy. You also consent to receiving updates and occasional promotions via text or email from WNY Thrive.
Content Submission
- Positive and Respectful Content: We only publish content that is constructive and respectful. Submissions containing explicit language, political commentary, hate speech, or personal attacks will not be accepted. Our platform is focused on uplifting stories and fostering a supportive community.

You retain ownership, but grant WNY Thrive a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, modify, and share your content across any media.
- Liability Disclaimer: WNY Thrive is not liable for legal claims or disputes that may arise from user-submitted content. We may remove content that receives repeated complaints or violates our terms.

- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WNY Thrive from any claims, losses, or expenses related to your submissions or use of our platform.
- Modification of Terms: We may modify these guidelines at any time. Continued use of WNY Thrive after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
